We've reproduced these trousers referencing the vintage deck jacket from the 40s which TCB owns.
We carefully studied the cut, sewing threads, colour, and yarn count to reflect them and modified the shape to fit into your daily wardrobe.

Double-stiched front pockets - In order to survive through the tough duty, the pockets needed to be durable so that they are sewn double stitched.

TCB exclusive urea buttons- We've made the custom change buttons for the jacket with urea resin. They will age nicely alongside the jacket you keep wearing.

The fabric - it's 10OZ neppy denim with much slubbiness on the surface, woven by vintage looms. The roll of the fabric itself is selvedge, but we don't use everyone's favourite selvedge part because that's how the original goes. The warps are pre-dyed grey so that when the pants get some fades, the grey gradually emerges, which I find fascinating about this fabric. We are TCB, so you can have high expectations on the puckering fades as well.
